Delivery and Returns

Delivery 

Within UK 
We offer fully insured next day delivery service for all UK orders by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS, for all orders received before 1:00pm. Orders received after this time, or during the weekend are dispatched on the next working day. All orders are sent by fully tracked up until the point delivered & need a signature upon delivery. Tracking information is supplied on the day of dispatch.

International Orders 
All international orders are sent by either Royal Mail or UPS/FedEx/DHL, for all orders received before 1:00pm. Orders received after this time, or during the weekend are dispatched on the next working day. All orders are sent by fully tracked up until the point delivered & need a signature upon delivery. Tracking information is supplied on the day of dispatch.

International orders may be liable to customs and excise duties or taxes when purchasing from us. Please be aware any charges will be the buyer's responsibility and handled directly with the chosen courier. Contact from the courier will be made during the shipment process and any charges must be settled for the goods to be released for delivery. 

In-store Collection 
We invite you to collect your orders in-store at our Kenton (Harrow) showroom during our opening hours Monday to Saturday 10:00am until 6:00pm.and Sundays 11:00 am until 4:00pm. Please note, photo ID and proof of purchase will be required for collection. 

 

Returns & Refunds

We're confident that you'll love your purchase from us, but we understand the importance of peace of mind when shopping online. We offer an industry leading 30 day returns period from the date of receipt, entitling you to a full refund or exchange.  
 
Please inform us of your intention to return your item(s) by contacting sales@rainajewels.com, for us to provide you a returns reference. Items must be returned in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected by our in-house experts to verify and confirm condition. Please note, our items all come with tamper proof security labels or ribbons that if removed, will void the right to return. 
 
Every item sold has passed a quality inspection to ensure it meets our stringent requirements, however, in the unlikely event an item is found to be faulty, Raina Jewels will provide a full refund or exchange. This does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, accident or misuse.  
 
Your original payment will be refunded following inspection of the item(s) and confirmation sent to you via email. Please allow 5 working days for funds to show in your account.  
 
The return shipment is the buyers responsibility and the liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender. We recommend sending all items using a insured service. Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded by us, any claims must be made directly with the courier.
